My Starting Point
Fi.scrst, I just did a simple search for "John Schneider Cal Raleigh". I wanted the lay of the land, like, what even is this? Are we talking about baseball? Some kind of event? I needed the basics.
Diving Drepeeeeper

Af.meter the initial search, I started to get a better picture. It seemed like John Schneider, the baseball guy, had some connection with Cal Raleigh, who I think is a player. So, my next step was to look at their individual stats and backgrounds. I wanted to see what teams they were on, their positions, and any recent news about them.
My process was something like this:
- Look up John Schneider on a baseball stats site. I tried to find his management history, any teams he's been with.
- Do the same for Cal Raleigh. Find his team, position, batting average, you know, the usual stuff.
- I tried searching with quotes, like "John Schneider" AND "Cal Raleigh", which didn't work.
- I used differnt search engines, too.
Putting it Together
This is where it got interesting. I figured out that there may be connection of some kind between them. I also figured out that searching for them together is not the way to research them!
What I Learned (and What's Next)
So, basically, I learned that connecting the dots takes more than just throwing names into a search engine. You gotta dig into each piece separately, then use that info to build the bigger picture.
I feel like I have a handle on their individual stories. It was a good exercise in really using search tools, not just typing words and hoping for the best.
