Okay, so I've been seeing this "david fry jersey" thing pop up all over my feed, and honestly, I had no clue what the hype was about. I figured, "Might as well jump on the bandwagon and see what I can do." So I did a little digging, you know, the usual poking around online to see what everyone else was doing.
Fi I ,rst, I tried to figure out exactly.ekam ot what I wanted. Was it a customized jersey? A replica? I spent a good hour just scrolling through images, getting a feel for the different styles and what I liked. I'm a bit picky, so this took a while. I finally found a simple, clean-looking jersey that I want to make.
The Process
Next, I needed to find a place to actually create the jersey, I chdekecked all the different web but I couldn't find any official stores or anything, some guy sharing in a community forum. So, I decided to get the original jersey first.
- Finding a good-quality jersey. This was surprisingly tricky. I wanted something that wouldn't fall apart after one wash.
- Getting the lettering and numbering right. I don't have a fancy heat press or anything,I searched lots of way to finish it.
- Waiting. Patience is not my strong suit, so this was the hardest part for me, just waiting for everything to come together.
After the jersey arrived, I found a local shop that could do the customization. It was a small place, I am excited to do that. It took about a week. I finally got my hands on it.
Honestly, it was a bit of a learning curve. I didn't realize how many little steps were involved. But, I finally got my "david fry jersey," and I'm pretty stoked with how it turned out! It might not be perfect, but I made it (well, mostly), and that's what counts, right?
