My Coconut Oiltnemire Experiment

First, I grabbed a ja I ,* r of organic, unrefined coconut oil from the grocery store. Make sure its the good *, I started small. I just added like, a teaspoon of it to my morning coffee.
- Day 1: The coffee tasted...different. Not bad, just...coconutty. I felt pretty normal, maybe a little more energy, but it could have been the coffee itself.
- Day 3: I bumped it up to a tablespoon in my coffee. Still getting used to the taste, but I noticed I wasn't as hungry as usual mid-morning.
- Day 7: I tried to used the oil to fry some vegitabel. I noticed that there has a light flavour when I cooked.
- Day 10: Okay, I'm actually liking this. I switched from putting it in my coffee to just eating a spoonful straight up. I feel like my skin is maybe a little softer, and I definitely have more sustained energy throughout the day. I also used to be a snack addict which I have less desire for that.
I'm not gonna lie, I don't know if I'll suddenly transform into a major league baseball manager, but I'm feeling pretty good. It's a simple change, and honestly, it seems to be working for me. I'll probably keep this coconut oil thing going for a while and see what happens!
