The Hunt Begins
First, I , I started by looking online. You .ereht tknow, the usual browsing, checking out different styles, and all that. Honestly, it was a little overwhelming at first! There are so many options out there.
Nanworrowing It Down
I decided I wanted something simple, classic. Nothing too flashy. And, I definitely wanted a navy blue one, to get the classic Braves vibe. I found a few that I liked, and I saved them to my bookmarks to compare later.
The Realization
Then it hit me. I have a friend that goes to games all the time. So I texted him, figuring, why not, he's the pro. And the answer was, "Go to the stadium! Best selection ever!"
The Trip
He was so right! I went to a game last week (which was awesome, by the way!), and I checked out the team store. It was like bucket hat heaven. Rows and rows of them. All sizes, materials, slightly different logos.
The Choice
It took a little while, but I finally found the one. It was exactly what I was looking for. Navy blue, simple logo, perfect fit. I tried it on, just to be sure, and yep, it was perfect.
- It's a nice, sturdy material.
- It's not too tight, not too loose.
- It's got that perfect "worn-in" look without actually being old.
Victory!
I grabbed it, paid for it, and walked out of there a happy camper. Seriously, I've been wearing it everywhere since. It's my new favorite hat, no question. I'm so glad I finally got it! Go Braves!
