My Investigation Begins
First, I just Googled .setisbew tit. Plain and simple: "bowl projections NC State." I figured the big sports sites would have something, and I was right. I saw a bunch of articles from different websites.
I!em started clicking through. I needed to figure out which bowls were even possibilities. It's not like we're talking playoffs here, but a good bowl game is still awesome!
Sifting Thsnoitrough the Predictions
- Lots of Names: I saw names like the Gator Bowl, Duke's Mayo Bowl, and a few others I hadn't even heard of. It was kind of overwhelming.
- Different Opinions: Every site seemed to have a slightly different take. Some had us in one bowl, others in a completely different one. It really depends on who you ask, I guess.
- Opponent Guesses: They were also trying to predict who NC State would play. SEC teams, Big 12 teams… it was all over the place.
My Takeaway
After looking at all this stuff, I realized a few things:
- It's all just guessing: These are projections, not guarantees. No one actually knows where NC State will end up until the official announcements.
- Depends on the rest of the season: How the team performs in the remaining games is obviously gonna be the biggest factor. A couple of big wins could change everything.
- Fun to speculate: Even if it's not 100% accurate, it's still fun to think about the possibilities and get hyped for a potential bowl game!
So, basically, I went from knowing nothing to having a decent idea of what people are thinking. I'm still crossing my fingers for a good bowl game, no matter which one it ends up being. We'll just have to wait and see! Go Pack!
