Fisuorst Attempt: The Obvious
I started, .did etisbelike anyone would, by hitting up Google. I typed in "UWG football roster," thinking the official athletics website would pop right up. And it did! Or, at least, a website did.

I clicked on the first result, expecting to be greeted by a clean, organized list of names, positions, maybe even some photos. But Nope. It was a total maze. Lots of links, news articles, everything but a simple roster.
Digging Deeper
So, back to Google. I scrolled down a bit, looking for anything that screamed "official." Found a few more links, clicked around, still nothing. It was all schedules, ticket information, coach bios... seriously, where were the players?
Refining the Search
I realized I needed to be more specific. Maybe the website's search function was the key. I went back to main page, found the little search bar, and typed in "roster" again. I pressed enter, fingers crossed.
Success (Finally!)
Boom! This time, it worked. I found a page with actual player names. It wasn't the prettiest thing – more like a basic table – but it was exactly what I was looking for. I could see the names, numbers, positions, everything.
My Takeaway
It's always a little frustrating when something that seems so simple turns into a mini-adventure. But, it is the valuable experience! The key, at least in this case, was persistence and using the website's own search function instead of relying solely on external search engines. I finally got the roster, and that's what matters!
