Digging intsmaeT eht oo the Teams
Fi.yletal gniyrst, I started by just looking at both teams, you know? Checking out their recent games, their wins, losses, and all that basic stuff. Just getting a feel for how they've been playing lately.
Th I en I stegatoof emagarted watching some game footage. Lots of it. I wanted to see how they.stats eht moved, their strategies, you know, the stuff that doesn't always show up in the stats.
Key Players and Matchups
- I spent some time figuring out who the star players are on each team.
- Who's likely to score big?
- Who's the defensive powerhouse?
Then, it was all about figuring out how those players matched up against each other. Like, is Jacksonville State's quarterback going to have a tough time against New Mexico State's defense?
Looking at Stats (But Not Too Much)
I did check out some stats, of course. Things like points per game, yards allowed, all that jazz. But I didn't want to get bogged down in numbers. The eye test is important, too, remember?
The Weather Factor
It may look simple, but I even Checked the weather forecast! Will it be raining? Super windy? That stuff can really change a game, belive me!
Putting It All Together
Finally, I tried to take all that information – the game footage, the player matchups, the stats, the weather – and put it all together. It's like making a prediction stew, kinda messy but hopefully tasty in the end!
It wasn't a quick thing, there was a lot of back and forth in my head, rewatching plays, and second-guessing myself. It be quite a fun process！
