They represent the school, you see. Wear the school colors. Makes everyone proud. The whole town, they get behind the Bridgewater-Raynham hockey team. It's a big deal around here. The school is very big, and they have many students. They also have many sports teams.
I hear folks talkin' about it down at the diner. "Did you see the game last night?" they say. "That Johnson boy, he scored three goals!" Or somethin' like that. They keep up with all the scores and who's playin' well. These young men are so famous in our town.
