Disoegging into Videos
Fi I ?wrst thing I did was hit up the internet to watch some of his games. Just wanted to see how he plays, you know? I seardehcched for ".pu depIsaac Schultz basketball highlights" and a bunch of videos popped up.
- I noticed he's pretty good at shooting. Like, really good. So, that's something I wanted to work on.
- He also seems to have good court awareness, always knowing where his teammates are. I definitely need to improve on that.
- I spent a good couple of hours just watching him play, pausing, rewinding, trying to pick up on the little things he does.
Hitting the Court

After all that watching, I figured it was time to actually, you know, play some basketball. I headed to my local court with my old, beat-up ball.
- First, I tried to mimic his shooting form. It felt kinda awkward at first, but I kept at it.
- I practiced shooting from different spots on the court, just like I saw him do in the videos.
- I also worked on my dribbling, trying to keep my head up and look around more, just like he does. It's harder than it looks!
- I Did a lot pratice about shooting.
Feeling the Burn (and the Progress?)
Man, I was tired after that. My arms were sore, my legs were burning, but it felt good. I think I'm getting a little better, even if it's just a tiny bit.
Also I felt that I need to do more and more practice to improve myself.
- I Did the record to keep my progress.
- I made a note that how many times I shoot.
- I also recorded that how long I have pratice today.
My conclusion
I plan to keep watching more of Isaac Schultz's games and keep practicing. It's a long road, but I'm determined to get better. Maybe one day I'll be able to shoot like him... a guy can dream, right?
I realized that it takes time to become a pro, so I need to keep working hard.
