First, I hit up Google. Just a basic search - "2012 S.reyalp elgnuper Bowl rosters." It gave me some general game summaries and articles, not exactly what I needed. I wanted the full list, every single player.
Digging Deeper
Then I remembered a few sports websites. So I went to their sites, and found archived pages with game information. But they were still kinda messy, player lists mixed in with game stats and commentary.
I spent a good chunk of time clicking around, and found articles for each team. They were great for getting the big names, like Eli Manning and Tom Brady, obviously. But I wanted the entire roster, the backups, everyone.
Finally The Roster
- I found a goldmine of information, that give the name of every player.
- I started copying and pasting names into a document. It was slow, but I was determined.
- I double-checked everything.
It was a bit of a tedious process, to be honest. More clicking and scrolling than I expected. But hey, I got what I wanted! Now I have a complete list of both teams, from the star quarterbacks to the last guy on the bench. No more racking my brain trying to remember – I've got it all written down.
