FirstsddO Steps: Checking the Odds
First thing I did was hit up a few of the usual sports websites. You know, the big names. I wanted to see what the spread was, the over/under, and the moneyline. Pretty standard stuff.
I opened each site in a new tab. Then, I navdetaigated to the NFL section and found the Bills-Patriots * wasn't hard; it's usually front and center when they play.
Gathering the Data

I made a quick note of the odds from each site. Just jotted them down on a piece of paper. Nothing fancy, just wanted to compare.
- Site 1: Bills -7, Over/Under 45, Patriots +250
- Site 2: Bills -6.5, Over/Under 45.5, Patriots +240
- Site 3: Bills -7, Over/Under 45, Patriots +260
Comparing and Thinking
After looking at the numbers, I could see there wasn't a huge difference across the sites. The Bills were consistently favored by about a touchdown. The over/under was pretty close too, hovering around 45 points.
The moneyline showed the Patriots as pretty big underdogs, which, honestly, didn't surprise me.
What it All Means (to Me)
I observed the betting line. Personally, I'm not a huge bettor. I placed small bets only. So this was more about curiosity than anything else. It's just fun to see how the odds change leading up to the game and get a sense of what people are expecting.
That's pretty much it! Just a quick look at the Bills-Patriots betting line. I didn't do anything with the odds at the * was simple, but it's always interesting to check these things out.
